| Dr. Marino Austin, TX 
Dr. Marino was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in microbiology. He then returned to Dallas where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. Marino completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. There, he received additional training in various complex oral rehabilitation services, including cosmetic and restorative dentistry, microscope-facilitated root canal treatment, IV sedation, dentoalveolar surgery, and implant reconstruction. Dr. Marino is dedicated to continuing education, attending nearly 800 hours of coursework after dental school. He is a member of the following professional organizations:
Dr. Marino was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry by his childhood dentists, Dr. Brian Collins and Dr. Jim Berry. Their kind and gentle demeaner made dental visits a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Dr. Marino strives to provide this same level of care and compassion to his patients. “I chose to become a dentist because this profession allows me to make a positive impact on another person’s life on a daily basis. To be able to take away pain and help someone feel confident with their smile is a privilege.” Outside of the office, Dr. Marino can be found playing in soccer leagues, jamming on his drum kit, and trying to make the perfect latte with his home espresso machine. He and his girlfriend Reena love going to concerts and trying all the great restaurants around Austin together. |
